Who can identify this nice bird?

And now, the mean bird. Ok, not mean, but I don't know why I keep stumbling across nature at it's scariest. Since I bought Costco's el cheapo camera that doesn't zoom well, the pic is not as good as watching it...and you should be glad. Basically the bird was verrrrry slowly chomping on a fish it had caught. No, that's not it's beak that is so long, but poor little Nemo.
